Legal notice

This notice sets out the general information about the site playmat.farre.cat, under Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE).

Owner

Purpose of the site

playmat.farre.cat is an informational site about the Playmat app for iOS. It explains what the app does, offers support and publishes the legal texts. The site sells nothing, has no shop, requires no registration and collects no data through forms: the app is always downloaded from Apple’s App Store.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, United States).

Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of this site — text, design, code, icon and the Playmat name — belong to Oriol Farré or are used under the corresponding licence. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without permission is not authorised, other than uses permitted by law.

The Fraunces, Karla and DM Mono typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, from their respective authors. Apple, iPhone, iOS and App Store are registered trademarks of Apple Inc.

We try to keep the information on this site correct and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the service is always available.
